Eh I would like that too but I don't think Fractal will ever do it. The offset fan mounts are part of what makes the midi the midi. The Define isn't catered towards water cooling as much, and it doesn't have that top mesh so offset fan grills would look funny.

I certainly feel like R5 could be a little taller than R4(18.27"->20" would be nice) and use that extra room for a 1.5" top compartment like the Midi to fit water cooling more and make the top look more uniform(the fan grill on top my white R4 don't look that good).
Ofc the product segmentation of Midi is for water cooling/ Define is for silent air cooling come into play.
