I have 45 and 90 degree cuts to make in 1/8" angle and bar aluminum. Metal cutting tools on hand are a hacksaw, jig saw, and dremel. I am leaning towards making a box with 45 and 90 slots for the hack saw.
I have been using a mitre saw (like this one
- with a metal cutting blade to cut the 80/20
extruded aluminum and a jig saw with high tooth count metal cutting blades to cut the 1/8 aluminium panels. i also have to do a lot of filing....
Go slow, wear safety equipment.
