Always keep your tubing as short as possible, but leave just enough slack in case you have to cut back a little to repair a leak. This will save you from having to replace the whole tube length.

Thanks for all of the feedback. Usally when I post a question I get 1 reply. The fan I used is in fact a Thunderblade. 78cfm @ 21db. 5db louder than the stock fan, but also like 28cfm more. I've already decided to upgrade, starting with the waterblock. The stock one is ugly, and in my opinion way to dense. I would think that the idea would be to have the minimum amount of copper possible between the processor and the coolant in order for the coolant to do it's job the best. As for my temps, on air I idled @ 50c, and under a load shot up to 70c. P4's generate a lot of heat. Now I idle @ 42c, and I have never seen it get above 52c. Now I figure when I get the new waterblock, that would be a good time to upgrade the radiatot and pump, any suggestions. I'm not picky about the pump as long as it's quiet, however the radiator my criteria is, nothing that can't be mounted to the case, I want to keep everything self contained. I also want to be able to cool my entire system with it. possibly 4 hd's, my memory, cpu, and maybe 2 video cards. Right now, I have a TT Tsunami Dream, but I am gong to upgrade to an Armor, so I will have lots more room. Thanks again for all of the input. I had a lot of reservations about watercooling(mostly fear of leaks), but now I am totally hooked. My goal is to get an E6700 and OC it above 4ghz.

Have you considered keeping your existing pump and rad and just adding another pump and rad in parrallel with them?

How about a TEC to help cool your CPU and/or GPU?

How about a reservoir so you can hold mroe fluid?

Just a few suggestions to help get things roling!

Thanks for the suggestions. What is it going to take to exceed 4ghz with an E6700? I have heard the run really cold. I am gonna start new thread, because i have a plan and I want some feedback. Thanks again.
