I´ve been wanting to WC my 2500K + 2x Gtx570 in SLI and this solution sounds good for someone that dosent want to spend much time and money to reduce the overall noise of the PC like myself. What I would like was to use this to WC both GPU´s but I read in some reviews that it´s not possible because of the length of one of the tubes, is this correct? If so, I could use it to WC my CPU and the top GPU (the one that gets hotter and louder because of the lack of space between the 2 cards). Should I buy 2 Noctua NF-F12 fan´s for a quiet and proper operation?
I already have a Noiseblocker 1000rpm fan on the side panel of my case:

http://translate.google.pt/translate?sl=de&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=pt-PT&ie=UTF-8&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.blacknoise.com%2Fes%2Fproducts%2Fit%2F17%2FNoiseblocker-NB_BlackSilentFan_120mm

So I could just buy another one, or is this fan only good for case cooling?

It´s not that my CPU cooler is loud - Scynth Mine Rev. B - but maybe it can get better, when I game the fans get a little anoying, but I believe its the GPU fans...
One last question: I have the CoolerMaster Scout case, the Swiftech H220 240mm radiator, for instance, wouldnt fit in the front, back or top, like you said, but I can mount 2 120mm fans in the translucid side panel (check here: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cases/2009/05/08/coolermaster-scout-review/1) do you think it would be possible to mount the H220´s 240mm radiator there?

Thanks again you guys for all your input!

Cheers

Anyone?

Pics! And I'm still convinced everything will fit. I'm putting the GFX HS into the tight squeeze and the CPU cooler on the top card which has more room! Will let you know when I get everything (still waiting on shipping)

@cravinmild Thanks biggrin.gif

@smacchesney It will be a tight fit but I hope it does thumb.gif

I got a few friends aboard with this and so far all of them are happy. Even if the CPU cooling is average, the GPU part really makes a big difference both in cooling and noise (provided you have good fans of course). I am preparing to get a second 580 and will be using the Asetek 740GF.

I ordered a 760GC and a 740GF to cool my 2500k OCed to 4.3Ghz and my two Inno3D gtx570 Hawk in SLI. Hope it reduces the overall noise.

What fans do you recommend?

^ In almost all my builds I stick with Gentle Typhoons. GT-AP15 but more recently GT-AP14s. The Cougar Vortex fans are also ok but they are colored orange so I don't use it much. Another alternative is the Swiftech Helix 120mm. I've never used it but it looks like a Gentle Typhoon clone but cheaper.

Thanks for the tips. The most talked fans for rads are the Noctuas NF-F12 fans (20 euros each) and the Corsair SP 120mm quiet editions (13€ each), what´s your opinion on those?
