Please please! Help me fix this problem

Thread Starter
My specs are on my page but idk how to put it in a signature.

The problem has been going on forever and newegg, intel, nor asus will help.

When I am watching twitch and playing a game, twitch will freeze up until I go back to it, and click on it, to refresh or something.

Im running windows 7. All the tempuratures are fine with speccy. I use ccleaner regularly so there's no buildup there.

All I could think of was it being a cache that doesn't filter itself, but netflix works fine.

I have run into shockwave crashes, and tried to fix that but the only thing that was suggested to do was close a second shockwave, but I don't have a second one running.

Someone please help because it freezes up every 5-15 minutes and it's very hard to play any game like WoW, LoL, Dota 2, Starcraft 2, Brood war, Warcraft 3 TFT.

Don't make me go back to the 360! Nooooo
