Do I really need my old physical media?

Hi everyone, so here is the deal.

There is an obvious trend in media going to streaming and cloud baised media.

And I've been cleaning out my place, and looking to downsize soon, with a possibility of moving towns.

In my closet, I have stacks of PC games and movies, and in my living room a tv and a dvd player i've not used at least in last year.
Basically, I have a netflix and hulu accounts ( no cable ) and my monitor is way better than my tv ( 27" 1440p vs 32" 720p )
I have all my games on steam, origin, or through other digital downloads, as well as my favorite movies in digital format.
I've even thought of selling the TV, or prehaps buying an apple tv or a roxy internet streaming box, in the off chance I have people over who want to watch a show.

This has left me with several games, dvd's, their boxes and manuals, etc. all taking up room in my closet ( as well along with some old text books ) I've really been trying to clean up some clutter in my life, basically going off the motto if i've not used it in three months, that i can live without it just fine. All of the items are too low in value to sell, so should I keep them, toss them out ( i've ripped digital copies of the games and have copies of their keys so they are basically useless. ) or are they donateable?
Or prehaps just ditching the boxes and keeping the cd's in a cd case.

I've even gone over a year without a CD/DVD drive in my computer, as since I live in digital media, I just flash drive everything I need.

So, what should I do, and what do you guys do with your old physical media?

I don't keep any discs around. I make an ISO of the disc put it on my storage array and if I ever need it I can mount it using Daemon tools like a disc.
