i dont need wifi, and fan control is not needed for me and what i am going to do soooooo i guess UD5H then...

OCing within the 4.5/4.6GHz range, the GD65 or the UD5H will get the job done. Now if you're looking for the "bang for the buck" mobo between these two, currently that win goes to the GD65. If you don't mind spending the extra cash (another $48) then buy the UD5H.

who told u i like ballz in my hands.......i like the amount of blue on the MSI u said 4.5-4.6 i want as much as poss. i want to take it to 5ghz as much as poss. do either have more of a chance to do that???

5 Ghz OC for an Ivy depending the chip(some hit a wall at 4.8-5.0 and need a huge voltage spike to get over) & cooler unless you have motherboard VRM overheat issues.

"(foot/base/basket)ball is in your hand" is just another way to say "it is your decision to make", I think you misunderstood him.

Not really. Both are very capable.
