Hey Gurt! I am extremely happy to have inspired you to do a modification, and especially to want copy my idea. Copy away mate, but please just pay credit to me when/if you put up a build log.

In answer to your question, the order that I have for my panel is like this:
White paper - LED lights - white plexi - aluminium plate.

I would recommend having more space than I have between the LED lighting and the white plexiglass. This is so that you will get a more even light spread and eliminate "blotchyness" on your white plexiglass panel. A 5mm clear plexiglass panel is sufficient. I would also recommend that you use LED strips that you can cut to length and solder yourself. This is because you would want the LED's as flat as possible as per my attached guide. If you go ahead and use the NZXT strips, you will find that you will have a hard time placing the strips close together. Here is a link to where I made the original light panel before I created the aluminium plate for it.

Good luck mate, have fun, be creative, and let me know when you are in the process of your modification.

Thank you so very much! REP+'d biggrin.gif my psu is currently in RMA-status, but as soon as that gets back and I finish some exam tests, I'm continuing the build tongue.gif thanks again!

I also thought of doing a custom loop in the TJ, tho after couple of tests it's way too optimized for air and works best with it. The 350D is completely different story thumb.gif

If it weren't for the fact that I am running SLI, then I didn't need water cooling and would have stayed with air. I am looking at getting the ASUS Z87 Sabertooth (ATX) or Gryphon (mATX), and if I do get one, then I will be creating a new watercooled build with modifications to properly show off this awesome looking board. The 350D would be perfect for what I have in mind for the next project.

Sounds good (tho the Sabertooth wont fit in the 350D). Already looking forward for your next build tongue.gif
