From the photography side of things:
There is a light on a dimmer in the other part of the room, this bounces around just enough light to have the room visible but put emphasis on the case. Camera on a tripod with the 50mm prime lens, so to get everything in the frame I was across the room. Aperture priority mode with f/3.5 setting and let the camera decide everything else. I ended up with ISO 3200 and a 1 second shutter time (using a 2 second timer because even on a tripod you can get movement by pressing the shutter button). At ISO 3200 my Canon 600D / Rebel T3i doesn't produce too much noise. I could have gone lower ISO with longer shutter time, but for images on the interwebs this isn't necessary.
From a case/PC point of view:
I used an external PSU connected only to the 2 CCFLs, so the PC isn't actually powered on. There is one CCFL per side, high up in the case so the light doesn't directly shine into the camera. At this stage there were no fans in the case yet, so the light shines nicely through the openings in the front.
