Show me the parts! Show me the parts! (continued)

An AQ flow meter will at some point find it's way into the build:

There's a tiny mark on the metal faceplate to the right of the Aquacomputer branding, but it shows much more in the pic than in real life. Doesn't really bother me.
Bag o'goodies I got with the M8:

This includes a Flex-Bay fan mount, short bay mounts, HDD cage, SSD kit and casters (a must have or you'll throw your back out).
All of this was packed in thick bubble-wrap and then put in the case with packing paper to avoid it shifting around:

Part of the paper was already removed in this shot but you get the idea.

I get my stuff from highflow.be (actually highflow.nl but they have the .be URL to indicate that they ship to Belgium as well). So not a local shop really, but close enough. Their prices are competitive and customer service is great. I'm a serial order-changer and they've always accommodated me. You've not got a lot of other options around here.

Tell me about it... I'm thinking about doing a WC myself this year and I'm having trouble finding a decent site. I'll definitely check yours out.

Thanks for the info +rep

The front panel cables are all looped together and zip-tied securely:

What else we got? Some more Aquacomputer stuff:

That's a 24-pin power interrupt, pump cable, AQ5 waterblock and 2 G1/4 inline temp sensors.
Some Bitspower fittings, a Monsoon G1/4 silver plug and a 22mm Lamptron green ring LED power switch:

Oh yeah, and Chupa Chups lollipop biggrin.gif (you get one free with each order at highflow.be)

First you get the money, then you get the power switch

That's right, a 22mm power switch. Except when I wanted to swap out the original power switch:

it seems the CaseLabs power switch is actually a 19mm DOH! I thought I had read somewhere that it was a 22mm, but I must not have been paying close enough attention.
That'll be one 19mm power switch on my next order then rolleyes.gif

You're welcome, and thanks! If there's a specific part you want but can't find on the site, just post in their forum. They can get most stuff even if it's not listed.

Just fired off yet another order to the cooling shop biggrin.gif
The fans on the rads are Gentle Typhoon AP15s but I hadn't decided on the case fans yet.
I've gone for 4 Noiseblocker 120mm NB-Multiframe S-Series MF12-S2HS's (that's quite a mouthful):

They are pretty silent, look good, and should be easy to take apart (as I might spraypaint the blades green).
Disadvantage is that they are on the pricey side.

Also in the order: sleeving and heatshrink. First time I'll be doing this, so I've also got some kind of pin removal tool on order.

Lastly: a 19mm Lamptron green ring LED power switch rolleyes.gif

This will be a good companion for the standard red HAL 9000-alike reset switch.
