I'm doing a build with a 7950 and I'm trying to find to find the HIS 7950 that's based on the 7970. Is it this one or this one? Thanks in advance.

It is the HIS H795QMC3G2M in your first link.

You can tell by comparing the PC pictures of the 7970 versions and the 7950 versions.

I did search for PCB pics but I couldn't find one for the IceQ turbo with the blower style cooler. Thanks though, I appreciate the quick response smile.gif

You can look at the layout of the PCB underside on Newegg. There is a very noticeable difference just like looking at the top side.

the first card you posted is the one with the HD 7970 PCB. model no H795QMC3G2M . here are the card pics.

card measures 31.1 cm long.

the case in your sig rig , zalman z11 plus, can fit cards upto 29 cm length. so the HIS HD 7950 iceq x2 boost will not fit. if its a new build then get a case which can fit this card.

It's for a new build. The case is most probably going to be a switch 810 or a Bitfenix Shinobi XL so it'll fit. Also, besides the better powerphase, what other benefits will I get from getting this overa regular 7950? and is what is the best 7950, in your opinion?
