Overclocking the E7300

Hello I've been searching alot and I finally came here coz ive found no answers. I have an E7300 @ 2.66 GHz on a GiGABYTE G41MT-S2PT mobo, and no matter what I do I can't overclock my CPU. I've even tried EasyTune 6 but that failed too. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Specs:
Intel Core2Duo E7300
GiGABYTE G41MT-S2PT w/ Award Modular BIOS
4GB DDR3 RAM
160 GB HDD
AMD Radeon HD 7750 @ 880 MHz (GiGABYTE)

Thanks in advance thumb.gif

With a little voltage I'm sure your card can go upto 1Ghz smile.gif
