Also if your expecting 5 ghz out of it with a 7950 , I wouldn't go less than a high quality 750 watt psu such as a seasonic gold rated unit.

right then with tx 650 , will I be able to overclock it to 4.5 - 4.7 ghz ? redface.gif

The 8350 takes a lot more voltage once you get above 4.8 ghz to be stable. I really don't want to be psu limitied because I didn't spend the extra $50 to build in the necessary "head room" to begin with.
It really depends on your expectations, 4.6 ghz you will probably be fine with the 650 and a top end air cooling solution, but you will be limited by both to around that clockspeed as a maximum if you go that route . If you want 5 ghz, then you will NEED at least an H-100 and I would definitely upgrade to a bigger psu.
I run a 910 watt psu with 54 amps on the 12 volt rail in mine smile.gif

that was a good info. by the way i've already planned to buy an h100 cooling fan. I would have purchased an ax 750 but its really overpriced. I hate that. mad.gif

h100 too is overpriced btw biggrin.gif

could you also suggest me any good mobo for fx 8350 vishera

i got few options over here . my main purpose would be gaming . All of the following are within 190 usd .

asrock 990 fx extreme 4

MSI 990FX-GD65

Gigabyte 990FX-UD3

which ones best of the above ? are they a wiser choice or i will have to spend more and go for something like crossfire v formula / sabertooth 990 fx and Gigabyte 990FXA-UD7 ?

your inputs are highly appreciated wink.gif

I like msi boards but other people arent having nearly as good luck with theirs as i have had with mine ( its a GD-80 ).
I have no experience with the ASROCK extreme 4 board or the GIGABYTE UD3.

The asrock or the gigabyte, both are pretty equal. MSI has a terrible reputation for amd motherboards right now.

the gigabyte. solid quality.
msi had habits of blowing up with both stock and overclocked amd phenoms which used less power. some claim msi got it right with the 990 series but i would never trust them on amd. on intel, they rock.
the asrock is just a mediocre board. nothing special by the reviews.
you can save some cash by buying the 970 chipset boards. all they really lack is sli and 8x/8x crossfire. gigabyte 970a ud3
