You need the Intel Matrix Storage Manager stuff. See if you can boot from the CD that comes with the motherboard and that you can make a diskette that way (my ASUS board did not come with floppies, but I could boot from CD and create them in a DOS environment).

There should be different folders in that package. Pick the one to make a disk with 32-bit drivers for Intel Matrix.
Then, at the beginning of Windows Install, hit F6, and let Windows do it's thing until it asks for the floppy
The ITE stuff is for a different controlller... not applicable to you.
Edit: I checked the package. This download is indeed what you need. You download the ZIP file, extract it, and open the folder. Inside the folder, you find another folder named 'F6' Open this, and run F6flpy32.exe This should make the floppy for you. Only thing I don't know is whether it makes the floppy bootable, or that you need to make a bootable floppy yourself (I assume the latter).
