I have a ASRock X79 Extreme6 LGA 2011 board that I purchased from Newegg in December. I decided to RMA it back to Newegg 3 weeks later due to Ethernet issues. I did a advance RMA so I could still play online using USB Wireless. I decided to take a video of me disassembling my boards components of the old board going back to Newegg. I was suppose to receive a refund of my money but now I am denied because there service department says there are bent pins on the Motherboard... Well I got 1.3GIG worth of video that I sent them showing there is no damage period before sending it, now no one is returning my calls or e-mails. Has anyone else had this issue???????
