BSOD While uninstalling Catalyst

Here is what happened, I thought that I unclicked the Windows Update box that was for my 6850. I was thinking of downloading Catalyst and AMD Vision Engine from the site and not having the almight Windows do it on its own.

I clicked update because this is a new PC and Windows 7 needs to install all of its fancy updates. When I came back from the bathroom, I noticed my screen was 1600 x 900 which means it installed the update. I didn't think anything of it and I continued to install the drivers and software from AMD's site. When I restarted after everything was finished, I got to the desktop and it said MOM.exe could not be run or something to that effect. I looked it up and they said uninstall all AMD drivers. I continued to run the uninstaller but my PC BSODed. So when I got back, it uninstalled fine the next time. And I went to the folders and deleted AMD and ATI folders, I went to device manager and uninstalled the entire 6850 and clicked on "remove all drivers" or whatever the box says.

I am now too nervous to do anything and I need help. I have the AMD Catalyst installer opened but I don't know what to do.

Nevermind I found a workaround for it. The driver was installed on top of an old driver, and I also needed net framework 4 installed. So whoever deletes posts can you delete mine but not count it against me? I am quite noobish when it comes to this site.
