If I must chose from those 4 it would be the ASUS boards because they use Digtal VRMs(MSI uses analog) and V-pro over Deluxe unless you really willing to pay the premium those extra features over pro(Port 80, 2 NIC,dual band wifi, ALC898).

Deluxe doesn't worth the money. GD80 as well unless you need a decent OC board with Thunderbolt for as cheap as possible. I would choose between the other two.

What do you mean the other two?

What about ASRock?

Example: ASRock Z77 Extreme9 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

You listed 4 boards. I said GD80 and Deluxe don't really worth it. So the other two are V-Pro and MPower.

Extreme9 is good, but I find G1 Sniper 3 to be a much better value.

I'll always vouch for Asrock, but the Asus P8Z77-V Pro is just as good if not better in terms of features.

What the difference between LGA 1155 and 2011 & is it worth to switch?

LGA2011 CPUs have 40 PCI-E lanes compared to 16 for LGA1155 (20 for Xeons). They also have hexa-core CPUs, and octa-core Xeons. It is also more expensive, so depends on your needs. Definitely not for gaming.

Also, LGA 1155 is a dead-end socket with no more new CPU coming, the LGA2011 socket will get the new Ivy Bridge-E CPU in Q3 this year.

Your third option is to wait for Haswell and LGA 1150 which will be released this June.
