i5-3570k @ 4.5GHz, my Vcore seems really low for this overclock.

Hello, I have my i5-3570k @ 4.5GHz, and it passes 1 hour of Prime95, and several hours of gaming no problem. The thing I'm curious about is that it seems my Vcore voltage is very low for this level of overclock, I keep reading on here people having 1.3+ volts but mine is only at 1.168. Does this mean this is a really good CPU or is it normal to be able to run a fairly stable 4.5 GHz clock with only 1.168 volts?

This is a thread i posted a while back, asking about voltages for the i3570k: http://www.overclock.net/t/1337508/is-the-voltage-im-using-fine-and-safe-i5-3570k-3-4-ghz-clocked-ghz

I would just go to 4.2 and keep voltage where it is at

So yours seems to be within range? If the 1.15 volt he claimed back then (of course just an estimate) is correct. Then 4.5ghz @ almost 1.17v sounds logical.

I'm running 4 ghz @ 1.13v
