Honestly, you're going about this all wrong. Guild Wars 2 takes some CPU power, but it's not THAT hard to run. Any decent quad-core is going to do fine. And gaming at 1080p? Pssh, you're just blowing money for no reason if that's your goal. You actually don't even need all that much graphical power. So again, you're blowing a lot of money you don't need to. If you want to spend $$ for the best possible Guild Wars 2 experience, consider something like this:

Step one: Forget ALL that watercooling stuff. It's cool, but it's about the worst thing you can do in terms of cost-efficient gaming performance. That should save you a good $400+
Next, forget the super-expensive case, cut back on PSU cost, extras like the internal USB connection, blu ray player. Saves another few hundred $.
Third, save a little MORE money on core components by going for a ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 & an fx-6300 instead of fx-8350. More than 6 cores is definitely pretty pointless for gaming, and since you'll be overclocking the difference in stock clock speeds will be meaningless.
Oh yes, get a tower cooler for your cpu - the HR-02 Macho is pretty good - quiet & a good performer:

You can pretty much pay for that by getting rid of your now-in-the-way tall, useless, heatspreaders on your RAM. Replace RAM with something cost-effective for gaming, like this kit for $35:

Does it sound like I'm being cheap? I'm not. Blow all that savings and a little more on three of these suckers:

(If I just broke your bank, there's also a Newegg open box option, also you can get a price of $221 with no shipping at B&H)

Also, you'll want a better video card. Go for a 7950:
