Do you guys think the Antec 620W High Current Gamer (80+ Bronze) modular PSU strong enough to power GTX 660 Ti SLI?

Easily. Gtx660ti's only consume around 160 MAX

Do you guys think the i3 3220 will bottleneck the 660 Ti SLI setup? Still should be well over 60FPS though right?

Only time you'd see such a bottle neck would be very rare. The higher the res/graphics settings, the less the cpu has to work

On games that require quadcores, like BF3 MP you will bottleneck a setup like that.
I'd want and i5 with 660Ti SLI setup,
