Is this board ok for overclocking

ASRock 970DE3 it has 4+1 or 4+2 im not sure which, but is it safe to oc my phenom 2 to 4ghz ? I heard that the vrms on asrock boards are usually very high quality

Long as you control the Vcore well, you should be good. I'm using a MSI 970a g46 VERY CRAPPY VRM's frown.gif But I'm on an AMD fx 8320 at 4ghz biggrin.gif:thumb:
