Not at all. You can do it many times as long as you're careful (don't bend any pins). You'll also have to replace the Thermal Paste everytime you remove the heatsink off the CPU.

As for mice, I currently game with the Razer DeathAdder (wired 1st gen) and a Razer Mamba 2012 (wireless) and can easily recommend either one.

Appreciate the further feedback. Like I've been asking around, how's your experience with Synapse and consistency of performance? I was very disappointed in my SWTOR version, and I've never had a bad Logitech mouse that's why I'm leaning that way. However, I like all the opinions and reasons and take them all into account. I'm not saying I won't buy another Razer, aesthetically it was cool and comfortable, but it didn't work.

I own several Logitech products (speakers, keyboards, mice....etc) with many years of usage & not one has failed yet.

Exactly. I'm hearing mixed reviews about the G600, good reviews on G700, but how would you compare them to your Razers as you noted?

Mice-wise, I only have the MX (keyboard combo) & the M705 (looong battery life) & both are really good. But for gaming I use the 1st gen. DA which is no longer in production.

After reading this , I would like to get a mult-rail instead of a single rail PSU. I would prefer to have that extra caution and protection. However, when I look it seems like 90%+ of the PSUs are single rail according to their description? headscratch.gif What gives?

FX-8350 just went on sale @Newegg today for $190 ($10 off coupon until 2/4/13)

That's nice and all...except I can't find a retailer that sells it in the U.S.

Thanks for the quick link though. I'll try to keep looking for another model that is sold in U.S. from another manufacturer I guess.

I have nothing against international retailers, except for the money wasted by shipping overseas, the waiting period involved, and the hassle of shipping back if there are issues. Also, there are language differences even just between the Canadians and Americans, so I don't want to get swindled if I can help it.

This is not on the PSU list, but it's the same company that has quite a few others on there. Does anyone have any experience with it that can verify/authenticate it?
