Sapphire 7970 OC Boost

I have a Sapphire card that is stock 950/1425 and the OC bios is 1000/1425. I cannot use the second BIOS or else I will get lower FPS in games and get worse Benchmark scores for what ever reason. My real question is when I look at the page at 3dmark11 it only registers 1GIG of ram vs 3GIG of do I have a bad card? Is that typical for it to show only 1 gig? Also If I overclock it higher then 1150/1450 I get a ton of artifacts on the screen and then get a Driver Crash. My 3dmark11 score is here URL=http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/5722839]http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/5722839[/URL]

How you tried GPU-Z to see if the rest of the VRAM is detected? Also have you tried different drivers just for giggles?

GPU-Z does register the full 3gig. I updated to the 13.2b catalyst drivers and it is still registering 1gig in 3DMARK11? I would also like to add this is my first ATI card purchase. I have always bought Nvidia cards and I know there is a big difference between the two. These drivers are soo buggy and seem to be causing a lot of instability issues with my computer when playing BF3. I am getting a lot of errors with the driver has stopped responding and the screen freezes and I have to press Ctrl Alt Del to get to the task manager and end the take which gives me the Driver has stopped responding..... Could this be a bad card?
