They're good fans. One user on here saw all of a 2C difference between them and AP-15s, but also said they were much quieter. Others like them but have no data other than saying they like them.

Swiftech wouldn't make it the default fan of the H220 if it was garbage.

well the swiftech 120mm helix are cheaper and do they have a high static pressure than noctuas

They got pressure of 2.29 where as GTs have 2.9 and the fans that the guy few posts up linked got insane pressure and I would definitely buy those if I could find them in my country.

Nope, they don't. The AP-15s are rated at 57.7CFM (98 m³/) at 1850RPM and the same dB rating of 28dB. They're also rated at 2.06mmH2O according to Nidec (PDF warning, and 0.081inH2O=2.0574mmH20). 2.9mmH2O is for the 2150RPM version, not the 1850RPM version.

Now if you look at the Swiftech specs for the PWM version and three pin version of the Helix, they actually rate the CFM at 55CFM and the static pressure at 2.29mmH2O. Do I think the numbers are 100% accurate? No, but I do think that they give similar performance to an AP-14 or AP-15.

Better options, yes, a lot better, no. The AP-15 definitely has a better bearing and performs a little better, but the Helix generally is more pleasing sounding.

I'm surprised nobody metioned this, but the Apache Akasa Fans are pretty good. Recently bought some to replace them onto my H60 and Antec 620. The temps are the same, but the noise difference is phenomenal. If you dont mind noise, you could get the Akasa Viper fans, which are basically the Apache fans but with a higher RPM. ALso both the apache and the viper fans are PWM so you can control them as well.

i did kinda want black fan to my black case

Find some youtube videos and see which one sounds better to you. Personally, AP-15s drive me insane, but they do perform a little better than the Helix. Just Google AP-14 or Gentle Typhoon whine to see what I'm talking about. There are some people who hear a pitch from them that's just unpleasant. The Helix has better harmonics to me, so I'm willing to take the small performance hit.

Swiftech isn't meant to compete with the GT which is about 200% the same price.

I use them on my Antec 620 rad to cool my GPU in my sigrig. I got them for $10USD a pop, excellent budget choices for me, they stay just tad audible at full GPU load since I don't have them spin the full 1800.
