HWmon - overclock looks fine?

Hi there just wanted to check this was all fine:
This is from my PC 'new rig' in my sig its OC to 4.6GHZ and I ended up leaving the RAM at stock so far as I want the PC to last a long time:

I have read that hwmon and other progs cant read temperatures allot of the time from mobos so I am not particularly worried. But as you can see there are some very strange readings! TMPIN4 sometime isnt even there on start up and freezes if I am not stress testing. CPUTIN is changing from around 75 C to 85 C ish normally even when the cores are like 25 C !

The OC is totally stable - prime 95 intel burn test etc. Package hits over 200W - think this is ok? Anyway I assume its just misreadings? The heatsinks near the CPU on the mobo do get hot while stress testing but I assume this is because of the 64GB RAM I have running at 1600MHZ. And I dont think its that hot tbh.

Any way just making sure as I am pretty sure its all ok any thoughts thanks?

Thanks yes not a gaming rig but would be rude not to try one game on it. Also going to be upgraded later with proper raid n more disks. And maybe sli...I guess its just the old mobo messed up readings then...
