Things I need in the build:

A Blu-Ray reader (would like it to burn DVD's too) Screw that! biggrin.gif
A wireless keyboard/mouse combo that works (and PC remote)
The ability to play BF3 on medium+ at 720p atleast.
an SSD (size isn't THAT important, its an HTPC, not my main rendering rig)
Small form factor, It should be smaller than the Alienware x51 and next-gen consoles.
Modular PSU (Impossible to get in Micro ATX size.)
Compete and beat the next-gen consoles!

CPU Intel Pentium G860 3.0GHz Dual-Core $64.99

Motherboard Foxconn H61S Mini ITX LGA1155 $49.99

Memory Wintec One 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 $66.76

Storage Sandisk ReadyCache 32GB 2.5" SSD $39.99

Wireless Network Adapter Encore ENUWI-1XN42 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 $10.98

Case Fan Enermax UC-12EB 44.0 CFM 120mm $4.89 X2

Power Supply Diablotek 380W Micro ATX $35.98

Keyboard Gigabyte KM7580 w/Optical Mouse $19.99

Custom PC Power Switch $5.00

PC Remote $8.00

PC Green 1 Meter Light $13.00

Bluetooth Adapter $10.00

Just missing the GPU (which Is why I'm waiting for prices to fall and fluctuate before trying again.)
I had it under the budget at one point with rebates and ect and it had a 650 ti in it...

Total so far: $334

It's going to be a wooden case simply because I want to have some fun and be creative. tongue.gif

If you are wanting to play BF3 on that rig, I would suggest saving up a little bit more money and buying components that will perform a little better. I would think that at a minimum, you would want to use a i3. Also, 520 watts for that rig is a bit excessive. I would go with something in the 450 watt area. For example, the Corsair builder series 430W can go on sale for as little as $17 after rebate. Even though it is not modular, there are very few cables to deal with. Plus, the ~$30 saved could be put towards either an i3 or even a 7750/7770 (~100 after rebate).

My concern is that the rig may not meet your expectations, and it is very sad when putting time and effort into a build that doesn't make you happy.

Yeah but the problem is that I need it to be under $400 (even thats pushing it) for a couple of reasons (sort of personal).
Im looking into more things right now but hopefully I can get something, thanks though.
