How many radiators would be enough?

hey there, So my buddy is doing a Bitfenix prodigy build. He loves the small form factor, He wants to Water cool his cpu and gpu (I7-3770k and 7970) He said He can fit a 240mm and a 140mm natively and he's hoping that will be enough. He told me he could get two 240's in there with some modding but he really doesn't want to do that for lack of time issues. What do you guys think, Will a 240 and a 140mm rad be enough for his cpu and gpu?

A 240 and a 140 should be enough as long as he doesn't plan on doing massive overclocking.

I have 2 690's and a 3960x with 120 and 240 with temps reaching max 55 degrees under 3dmark. Processor is oc'd to 4.6. I've also manually lowered the vcore to help

He can overclock all he wants. I overclocked my Intel 930 to 4.2 ghz and my gtx680 my temps are fine with a 360 rad.
