I see no reason for that to trip thermal at stock even with stock cooler. I'd give the mounts a once-over and maybe retim.

Yeah and it's kinda hard to have neat cabling when the case has almost no cable managing options

Oh and me just having this, facebook, and my email open makes my computer 49 degrees

Honestly, my best advice would be to get a decent cooler. You might be able to unlock the 4th core!

try physically spin the fan with your finger. do you feel any resistance aside from the magnets of the fan? if you smoke, you may have a near dead fan that need replacing. as others have suggested, it maybe wise to invest in something like a hyper212 to improver overall cooling capacity in the 1st place.

Remove the cooler, clean up with paper towels and rubbing alcohol and re seat the cooler with fresh thermal paste.
