The link has been fixed
First thing I noticed is that it is nowhere close to a $700 budget.

This could be fixed in several ways. Grab the FX-6300, I doubt there'd be much use for another 2 cores for you. 4x4GB of DDR3-1600 can be had for less, and even then you will only require 2x2GB for most tasks and 2x4GB if you run certain tasks/games like BF3. Look for combo deals... for example, here's one with the FX-6300 and 8GB of LV DDR3-1600 for $172 shipped. Low-voltage probably means they overclock well in the same way as Samsung's 30nm IC Magic RAM. And, paying for a DVD drive that's more than $20 shipped.... is a problem for me, well, I'm picky so :P

The best you can get would be based on an evaluation of what games you play exactly.

Havin4GB for some games will cause stuttering and performance issues like BF3. Once it gets to 3.5ish GB used, the system starts swapping stuff around trying to manage memory. 8GB is so cheap there's no reason to only get 4 GB.

To the OP, we also have our own market place here, I've saved a lot of money using it. People sometimes buy something and change their mind about wanting it so they sell it at a fraction of the cost.
