Sub 70$ air cooler

Thread Starter
Hi, I was leaning towards the H60 but I have noticed a lot of people are saying go air instead of a closed loop. Anyone has any suggestion for an air cooler/set-up under 70$ that would outperform the H60?

Thank you

Yes because at a given pricepoint the aircoolers perform better than closed-loop WC units.

In this price range look for Thermalright Macho, or NZXT Havik 140.

They also have the Archon for 60€ wich is my personal favourite air cooler.
http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=46_557_778&products_id=35827

it's on par with the best cooler outthere, but way slimmer.

That company charges me ~30$ of shippinh which is huge not counting border fees...

On another side, is the XIGMATEK Dark Knight II a good perfomer?

The Dark Knight 2 is pretty good, but not nearly as good as the ones i suggested.

I second the NZXT Havic 140, it can perform up there with the H100.

This is quite a bit cheaper than your budget but it seems to get great reviews. Maybe spend the rest on something else?
