sapphire 7870 xt vs club3d 7950 royalking

I'm looking for a new card to upgrade my sapphire 4890. I have a core i7 920 @3.8 ghz. I'm gaming at 1920*1080. The sapphire is about 50 euro's cheaper than the club3d card, but the club3d comes with a gamesbundle (far cry 3, sleeping dogs en some other titles). Is there a lot of difference in performance between these cards? The club3d will perform better when overclocked I guess.
When I sell the games I can probably bring down the price to the level of the sapphire card.

the sapphire HD 7950 boost for 266 euros is a very good deal. excellent cooler. 925mhz boost clocks. stock voltage of 1.2 - 1.25v. easily overclocks to 1150 mhz.

HD 7950 boost is around 12% - 15% faster than HD 7870 Tahiti LE at stock. with overclocking that gap widens.

It's the club3d 7950 royal king, and not the HIS card.
