So the time hase come and i need a new GPU .

i have a Gtx 560 and i dont have mutch money .

i thinking about
MSI N660Ti PE 2GD5/OC - i have a MSI Z77 Mpower so MSI + MSI = biggrin.gif
ASUS GTX660 TI-DC2T-2GD5 - very good noise/temp
SAPPHIRE HD 7950 VAPOR-X OC BOOST - litle bit faster then gtx 660 ti in game , overall 5% - 15% faster

or i can get a used
GIGABYTE 6990 300 Euro
Sapphire HD7970 Vapor-X 320 Euro
MSI N670 PE 2GD5/OC 340 Euro
MSI N680GTX-PM2D2GD5 360 Euro

my plan is get SLI / Crossfire this year and have 15k+ in 3Dmark11 and then buy a 120 Hz monitor

and what about the new GTX 7xx and HD 8xxx ? any news ?

what du u guys think ?

My opinion? At this point wait till next gen of cards come out. I'm sure your 560 can chomp through most games still and new cards should be out q2. More bang for your buck in my opinion. My upgrade strategy has always been every other gen though.

the 7970 or 7950 are the best bang for your buck smile.gif Now i personally preffer Nvidia cards don't ask why tongue.gif just do tongue.gif so if you choose to go green go with the 670 over the 680 better price\performance ratio smile.gif

which country are you from ? a HD 7950 boost is on average 15% faster than GTX 660 Ti. its a GTX 670 equivalent.

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/HIS/HD_7950_X2_Boost/28.html

1920 x 1200

GTX 660 Ti - 87
HD 7950 iceq x2 boost - 100 (100 = 87 x 1.15).
GTX 670 - 101
GTX 680 - 110
HD 7970 Ghz - 115

with overclocking that performance gap widens. HD 7950(1150 Mhz) matches HD 7970 Ghz.

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/HIS/HD_7950_X2_Boost/31.html

1920 x 1200 BF3 4xaa

GTX 660 Ti - 58.5
HD 7950 iceq x2 boost - 67.5
GTX 670 - 67.5
HD 7970 Ghz - 78.9
HD 7950 iceq x2 boost (1210 mhz) - 82.9

The keplar cards (Nvidia 6xx series) run cooler and less noisy even with the stock cooler , the AMD's tend to run hotter and considerably noisier than the keplar cards plus less power consumption smile.gif

MSI HD 7970 lightning runs at 1070 mhz stock. HD 7970 Lightning >= HD 7970 Ghz(1050 Mhz) > GTX 680 = GTX 670 OC

http://www.techspot.com/review/603-best-graphics-cards/page12.html

"Breaking down performance figures at 1920x1200, the GeForce GTX 680 was just ~1% faster than the Radeon HD 7970, while it trailed the 7970 GHz Edition by a 7% margin."

the MSI HD 7970 lightning is probably one of the best custom HD 7970 cards other than the ASUS HD 7970 Matrix and Sapphire HD 7970 vapor-x. generally the kepler cards run cooler. but the lightning cooler on the HD 7970 does a good job.
