What monitor gets that resolution at 120hz? Just curious, but as long as you can go above 60fps without screen tearing or the input lagging of vsync you'll be fine. You're probably better off using Nvidia inspector to cap your frame rate at 72 (without vsync) to keep the temps on your card down.

Overlord is the only monitor I know of at that resolution and refresh rate...

I don't think you would need an SB-E processor to run two titans, a high clocked SB or IB i5/i7 shouldn't bottleneck it at all.

I have my Overlord Tempest X27OC at 120Hz, you can also find the B-series Catleaps and have a chance to OC them.

Most importantly: Does it exist any IPS 120Hz screen to display the beautiful polygons from this GPU? I can`t seem to find any

Thanks for the input. Does anybody else have on thought of running SLI Titans with an overclocked 3770K. I would hate to spend the extra money if it is not needed, but I would hate to spend the money on a 3770K setup and not have it work.

Agreed. I think the 3930K @ 4.6GHz+ (with 6 cores and the extra pci-e lanes) would be needed to prevent a cpu bottleneck on 2 Titans.... Maybe I'll need to temper my enthusiam and just shoot for 60-100fps using one Titan on this monitor with my 3770k. It'd probably be $3500 for a 3930K, a RIVE mb, new ram, a 900D, 2 Titans and a full wc loop. mad.gif

Thats not what people are saying. It won't bottleneck, but you would get much more out of this 1 000$ GPU with a 3930k and up. wink.gif

I much prefer a 3930k than a 3570k for Sli Titan, no?

*googles*

First thing I found was that its the brand "Yamakasi"
Highly sceptical rolleyes.gif

Gonna continue to read about it though. Personally I`d prefer known brands. Thanks for the tip

Sadly IPS isn't good enough for 120Hz though...hence why no other manufacturer is doing it. Unless you like motion blur hell of course....
