I was going to set CPU to 1.40v and NB to 1.1v in the OVER VOLTAGE and set CPU to 0.1v and NB to 0.1v in the AMD P-state and start with that.
I'm not sure about the bulldozer/piledriver settings, but for denebs like that 970 these are the general settings I use when benching full pot.
vcore = 1.80v -1.85v
cpu-nb = 1.70v -1.75v
nb = stock
htt = stock
mem = dependent on type, but usually 1.75v - 1.85v
I set all of those in the bios and then boot in at around 5.0ghz (~250 x 20). I then use k10 stat to raise the multi from there. If you're not familiar with k10 stat then you should play around with it a bit so that you can figure out how to raise individual cores and stuff like that.
With those settings and some playing around you should be able to get the CPU to 6.0ghz-6.5ghz, and the nb to 3.0ghz - 4.0ghz, but you're going to want to keep the HT link at around 2000mhz, otherwise it can become unstable.
Here's an idea of the settings I used for my max cpuz valids:
