I bought my 3GB GTX 580 for $230. I think the 3GB is worth a substantial amount more than 1.5GB models, especially because I am need it even on a single card and not just SLI anymore (BF3 and Crysis 3).
I'd say $180 for reference and $195 for your card. It probably seems low, but you have to undercut the new GTX 660's in that price range.
