Windows 8 DPC Latency problem !

Thread Starter
If i disable dynamic tick in CMD i get this latency

And if i enable again dynamic tick in CMD i get this latency.

I wonder why ?

The command i use is

bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes [disable]
bcdedit /set disabledynamictick no [enable it again]

And i want to ask, it's safe to mess with this dynamic tick and disable it. It will cause lag in games, or other problems ? Any info ?

Its a power saving feature for the CPU. I have found no I'll effects to using it.

How does DPC look running after 5~10 minutes?

My "Highest" everything spikes out like crazy but performance is fine in windows. My main mods are
in windows: HPET Enabled (Useplatformclock) , DisableDynamicTick, Disable Core-Parking (Power Saving High-Performance)
in games: enable Large Address Aware.
