Update, everything is working perfectly. No lag at all.

Id still say the llc setting is wrong, 1.42 to 1.32 is too much of a vdrop. I use level 1 or 2 on mine.

I'll get hate for saying this, but I don't care : 1.52v was never safe for SandyBridge.

Well, one guy had his chip 4.7GHz 1.408V for seven months at full load 24/7 and it degraded to the point where it needed 1.45V for 4.7GHz. I wouldn't push 1.4 volts for day to day, without an offset and very good cooling.

This was probably his CPU breaking in as apposed to big degrading.

Russian use the settings from that asrock guide, it's a decent guide man. Don't pick together settings that different people mention in here, chances are they will conflict each other and just make it a headache for you to overclock.

Also you have a xspc wc kit and a lapped overclocking CPU, why would you wanna run it at stock?
