Should I upgrade? - Page 2

I went from a GTX 480 to my 580 and it was a great jump in performance. I think you'd be happy with the 680 or waiting until the 7xx series. One advantage to upgrading now is you might be able to get more for your used 660 than you will when when the next series comes out.

As a 680 Lightning owner, I can say it's a good card. Reliable, runs cool, looks good. But with the next gen of cards already looming on the horizon and spreading rumors, it might be better to just wait if you can.

If you really feel like you can't wait until later this year, I'd say go with the Lightning. It's cheaper, smaller, and still just as awesome. You'd really only be missing out on VRAM, but 2GB isn't a small amount either, and will have no trouble at 1080P. If you're truly serious about triple monitors in the future though, then go with the Classified.
