for some time now...

Thread Starter
I have a problem in the bios for the a870u3 it shows the temps of my cpu 20C, but with any 3rd party app like amd overdrive it does not show my temps, even using H/W does not show my temps. The temps show up for the gpu but not for the cpu what is going on i want to overclock my cpu some more right now it's at 3.7 cause that's where i want it and it has been running great no problems at all.

I have checked the motherboard where it is pluged in and it's plug in the right way and everything but it still does not sow the temps. today i blew out all the dust, redid all the fans, did some cable management but still nothing.

Well, looking at your screenshots, I would say that Temp1/TMPIN1 would be your CPU temperature. You could confirm this by running speedfan/HWMonitor, then stressing the CPU with a Prime95 torture test, and watch which temp climbs. It'll never be 20C the same as the BIOS...the BIOS presents very little load to the CPU, whereas by time windows is running, there is a background load on the CPU, leading to a rise in temperature.
