Corsair Customer Service

Thread Starter
hi

I just want to say... Thank you corsair for your great service.

I have an H100 almost a year old. I recently build my components into a new case and while mounting my H100 I accidently broke one of the double threaded screws.

So I decided to open a support ticket at corsair trying to find a new screw.

I told them what happened and asked if there is a way they could send me a new set of screws.

They replied soon after and sent me a new set at there own cost. Week later I got a package with my new set from corsair. When I opened the box it was the wrong set of of screws.

I then replied to them the issue that it's the wrong screws in which they replied that they will take it up with management after that no reply for a week. Then one day I got home to find a note at my door from UPS delivery service saying I have a package. Picked up the package and it was a full mounting set for my H100.

I live in South Africa and for them to send to me for free twice is excellent.

Thank you corsair. Really appreciated.

Nice to see good comments for a change. This type of feedback is just as important as the negative comments. Most of the time, people, including myself, do not start a thread to praise anyone, just bash them.

My positive experiences have involved OCZ, EVGA, Performance PCs, Seagate. Unfortunately, the list of negative experiences is much larger. In general I have found that companies with offices in North America tend to be fairly good to excellent with Customer Service, those with only offices in Asia suck.

+1 to you.
