Should I go with this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx660dc2o2gd5 or the radeon counter?

If you are going to get a 660 get a 660ti cause they are allot better
and if you want to save money get a radeon but get a 7950 its a little more but takes out the 660

The 660 is actually one of the better cost-effective offerings Nvidia has out there & the Asus version is one of the better of those. So the one you have is a very good choice. That said, you can get a radeon 7870 for about the same price, which is also very good and very cost efficient. Example:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202025

Benefits for the 660:
quieter
A tad cheaper
slightly better at higher levels of AA, generally significant only if you're playing on a large TV or something like that

Benefits for the 7870:
More potential benefit from GPU overclocking
slightly better at handling memory-intensive work, generally significant only if you're playing on resolutions above 1920x1080

So to sum:
get the 7870 if you like to overclock your GPUs or have a 2560x1440 monitor. Get the 660 if you're doing basic 1920x1080 resolution gaming or are a quiet-computing aficionado.

Anandtech comparison (stock speeds):
