so just got these in the mail. thanks daz, i get stuff from him over night, he's awesome!

after trying fans blowing out and blowing in i am left to conclude that all fans blowing into the case is the best option. i saw a 7 degree temp drop.

vs 2 degree temp drop for fans blowing outwards.

also can anyone recommend a good wattage meter? it would be nice to plug it between the apc and the breaker to see how much power my machine draws.

and maybe have something on the desk that shows the usage?

So, are your rads set up as you posted earlier in this "discussion"? Interested in a 7 degree temp drop. Have you a means to measure water temp difference? I have found that a temp probe in the fins of the rad someplace with minimal air flow gives very close temps to my in line water temp sensor.

From my personal experience i would do away with the compression fittings on the rads because they tend to loosen after a month and its kinda tight in there. I went with monsoon fittings they stay tight.biggrin.gif

Heres my build in progress

i put my temp sensor in a unused port in both of my rads which give me the exact temp of going in and coming out the other rad see my video.

Thanks that's an interesting setup. Too busy for my tastes but thanks for sharing it. Always nice to see what other folks are doing
