BSOD from windows fragmentation?

My overclock has been the same for a long time 4.3 and seems to be very stable. My video cards dont seem to be the problem either. I tried them seprate and also underclocked them. Every so often I get a BSOD. Usually when browsing the net or watching youtube. No browser seems to work properly they all seem to crash and different little things in my OS dont seem to be quite rite however when i restart some problems go away. I think a fresh win 7 install would solve the problem but I dont want to loose everything. I atleast want to be able to save the pictures and everything that is striped on my HDDs (raid 1). I have never had this problem before so I am not sure what I am doing. It seems like I need some sort of raid key from my original raid install for a fresh install to work with my old striped HDDs. I have not done anything yet please advise.

I don't think fragmentation is causing this but anyway please follow these instructions

After messing with other things I finally figured out that I had one stick of RAM that was partly bad I guess. Anyways removed the stick and problem solved. Thanks for the help... sorry for the slow update been working 12hr plus shifts.
