Guys i had the card for like 10 days i asked via e-mail if i receive a new one and they rma me back a badly refurbished card inside in a new box sold like new this is scam from evga when i asked them what the hell was that they just asked me sorry and offered me to setup second rma then i asked my money back because i dont trust them i think they sell refurbished cards for news .

http://s1285.beta.photobucket.com/user/matteusx2x/library/evga Here some photos of the supposed new card.

Worst thing a company can do i really liked the idea of owning a evga card because all this positive reviews about solid stuff and good after sale support but this is all lies .

All companies make millions from all these hardware but they sell refurbished cards for news i really can't understand the reason.

This sucks and every year by year is worst for all of us.

EVGA support is top notch... if you're reasonable with them, they'll get you whatever you're entitled to. I've heard countless good things about EVGA on this forum.

Anyway, if you don't want to stick with EVGA - I'd go with the Gigabyte Windforce model, it's definitely a seriously sick 670 and it has some of the better OC's statistically - although I'm pretty sure the FTW came out on top. thumb.gif

I'm having a hard time understanding your posts describing what happened with your original card - and how exactly it was handled by EVGA up to this point headscratch.gif

If it has the same warranty it shouldn't make the slightest difference and most of the time its hard to say if it was refurbished or damaged/marked during assembly. Its like when people mislabel flux from manufacturing as damaged/refurbed products.

Well my story is simply i bought a 670 SIG2 from one shop in germany, in the first 10 days the fan of the card was faulty and EVGA setup a rma for me.

I read in warranty policy that if the product is faulty inside the 30 days of warranty you recieve a new one but because i was nervous about what they will sent me, i sent them e-mail asking if i will receive a brand new one, they told of course i will receive a new one.

Before 2 days the supposed brand new card was at my home i open the new box and i see this refurbished card thumb.gif

Simply contact EVGA again, tell them you're a bit disappointed because you were told you would receive a new card and you believe that you did not. Tell them you have pics if they're interested in seeing them. I'm sure they'll get right on sending you a new card, and might even give you an upgrade if they feel you've received bad service because EVGA is cool like that. I think you might be getting a little too worked up about the minor scratches though - but I can understand if you'd want a replacement.
