Well i spoke with them and they just asked me sorry and asked me to setup A second rma for me but i told them how i can trust you if u trying to sell me a refurbished for new ? and these is the facts i cant ....

Scam? There is literally no bad feedback for the company at all. I am sure it was just a mistake in the warehouse, there only human things can slip through. Just re do the RMA.

Accusing them of trying to scam you is not exactly the advice you were given for trying to make the best of this situation... EVGA has way too much money to bother trying to screw people on an individual basis. You're not going to get far with any company, ever, acting like a child because something went wrong and then throwing out words like "scam" and "sue" and "lawyer" immaturely when EVGA is clearly willing to work with you via a second RMA. If you hadn't given them a bad attitude, I can almost assure you that they would have sweetened the deal.

Of course i know both serial numbers, the second card was labeled as an RMA but because the first card was faulty inside the 30 days warranty must be a brand new in a change.

The new card presented to me as new in a sealed box with no indication that the card had been previously used, they even put a new black serial number sticker over the old white sticker.

When i told them the story they just told me sorry we can setup a second rma for you, for me this means ( a second refurbished card but in a better condition u won't understand if it is new or refurbished)

I was waiting for something like, (ok we are very sorry we made a mistake, lets setup a second rma and we will sent you 100% new card.)

But no one from them told me it was a mistake i really can't understand them.



I'm not acting like a child i act like a customer who had the worst behavior from this company .
