The new card presented to me as new in a sealed box with no indication that the card had been previously used, they even put a new black serial number sticker over the old white sticker.

When i told them the story they just told me sorry we can setup a second rma for you, for me this means ( a second refurbished card but in a better condition u won't understand if it is new or refurbished)

I was waiting for something like, (ok we are very sorry we made a mistake, lets setup a second rma and we will sent you 100% new card.)

But no one from them told me it was a mistake i really can't understand them.

I'm not acting like a child i act like a customer who had the worst behavior from this company .

What were you expecting them to say? Of course they aren't going to be able to tell you what happened. How are they suppose to know if they made a mistake and whether an actual mistake was even made? Your pics don't show that it was necessarily refurbished, for all we know you could be the one scamming them?

EVGA's customer service is literally second to none. Hell, you can RMA if you want a different version of a card or if there is a coil whine and they honor warranties even if you add your own cooling to it.

U kidding me? not refurbished with all these scratches?

Why u think i might scamming them... i have no reason to do so i bought the card before two months and since then i rma.

I don't care for what they do i paid for a new card i demand a new card without scratches simply things .

Sorry to hear.

I suppose instead of joining the argument, i'll just recommend you the gigabyte windforce 670. It runs cool (ambient during summer here hits 40c, more in closed room, and under load it maxed at around 65c ish, OCed). It's also quiet under load.

I don't think you are scamming them but I don't think they are scamming you either.

There was likely a mistake, they offered to RMA it and you seem to be over reacting and calling them out like they purposefully sent you a deceptive unit. RMA it and if you are still not happy sell it, return it, or whatever.

Scratches can happen during manufacturing BTW.

Nice the temps u are saying are very good i'm thinking the gigabyte or asus.

Gigabyte got better temps but it will be louder than the asus.

I can understand the OP's frustration with the process that he's gone through. But to be 100% honest, those scratches can come from the factory. EVGA will honor these types of things because they understand that's life, and mistakes happen.

Now, I understand that your native language isn't English. You might have a better time calling in and asking for a rep who may speak your native language. And instead of calling in and pointing fingers and getting irate, you should be more opt to receiving the help, than expecting it be a fault on EVGA. They very easily could've told you that they weren't going to warrant a replacement.

I work in a call center for Google, so I get alot of upset customers who call in that I can hardly understand, and because of that they expect compensation on our behalf.

You are totally right, i was upset and i overreacting telling they scam me i made a post on evga forums and i apologized for my behavior, it was probably a mistake.

They asked me sorry and setup a new rma to give me a new card.

At last i think EVGA is a great company and they will take care this situation, i hope soon i will get the brand new card i deserve.

Thank you all have fun.
