My folding had just done this, interrupted a 7809 WU to finish off a completely separate unit that was 99% done, uploads the 100% one then goes back to the 7809? Why on Earth is it doing that?

Is your next unit percentage set to like 143% or -43% or something?

Seriously though I don't know, I would assume that it was just a weird one time bug unless it happens again.

I have no idea, I don't think it is. I used a v7 client install command to run in terminal made by blade master.

Code:
sudo apt-get install libssl0.9.8; mkdir fahv7; cd fahv7; wget --no-check-certificate https://fah-web.stanford.edu/file-releases/beta/release/fahclient/debian-testing-64bit/v7.2/fahclient_7.2.9-64bit-release.tar.bz2; tar -jxvf *.tar.bz2; rm *.tar.bz2; mv fahclient_7.2.9-64bit-release v7; cd v7; ./FAHClient

Service + FAHControl?

If you followed the rest of BMs guide there is code to run as a service.
