You can go 4.0 ghz if you have 300$ water cooling custom loop.
Or you can go with air cooling,but that's only if you plan to buy new cpu in the near future.

I used to do 4.0GHz on my i7- 930 with a hyper 212+ lol.

Yes Sean you can do it,me too,but i didnt want to keep cpu on that clock because i didnt like that temps and i believe this guy too.Sc.ew overclock if you can have him 24/7.

I have a monster water cooling loop i just upgraded. It consisit of (1) black ice 380 rad with (1) black ice 480 rad pushing feser one pure blue thru koolance 360 cpu water block then into koolance x58 classified chipset water block. From there into a EK RAM X4 water block and into two evga gtx 580 3gig edition with hydro copper 2 water blocks and all being cooled by (7) enermax magma 120mm fans.I will post pics if i get requess t :-)

I am wondering how to raise my windows experience index on cpu and memory. Here is my score so far...7.4 - 5.5 - 7.8 - 7.8 - 7.9. I installed another sata 3 6g card and raised my score from 7.5 to 7.9. Will post benchmarks soon.
