[First time overclocking] Overclock the AMD FX 8150 to 4.2 or 4.4 Gh STABLE?

Thread Starter
As the title says, how do i overclock my amd fx 8150 to 4.2 or 4.4 Ghz with the MOST stable settings, i've been through alot of useless links for me, none of them describes for me what Watt, voltage, vcore and frequency thats best, and what to disable on my sabertooth fx 990 motherboard
I can post my specs here

16 GB DDR3 Ram - Kingston Hyperblu
Amd fx 8150
Asus geforce GTX 680 2GB
Cooler Master GX 750W
Corsair H80 Watercooling
Asus sabertooth 990 FX Motherboard
Western digital desktop blue Harddrive
Alot of fans in my haf x case

Can you post a pic of your bios with the most stable settings at 4.2 or 4.4 ghz, then i can copy it, and then it will hopefully work.
Or can you describe for me how to do it, very noob-friendly, for a retarded overclocker, with no experience with overclocking ever. The only thing i used bios for, was to re-install windows, nothing else.

Thanks alot smile.gif

EDIT: And what programs for temp, voltage and stresstesting info? ?
