Can't reach 4.5 no matter what I do - Page 2

Does ivy seriously run that hot? I have basically the same cooler as OP (212+) and at 1.29v my cpu never goes above 55c. If i push it to 1.4v the max it gets is 68c. I was debating going from a 2500k to a 3770k but dang, maybe ill pass.

ivy runs ALOT warmer then sandy unless you delid it. my temps dropped 30c from my delid and water cooling.

Already enabled, but I've decided to stay at 4.4 anyways, not worth to go to 4.5 for me.

Yeah this is my problem too, I'm looking to 'upgrade' to Ivy from SB simply because the chip sucks and wants so much juice but then I think, the temps are under control, why worry - something that wouldn't be guaranteed with Ivy (let alone it'd still be a chip lottery).
